Our New Patient Journey
We hope you and your loved ones are keeping well.
Things are going to be a little different when you next attend Marsh Dental Care.
Firstly, for the time being our front door will be locked. You will only be able to attend the surgery if you have an appointment. Therefore when you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your car or outside the practice and phone us to inform us of your arrival. When we are ready to welcome you we will let you know via the phone. Upon entry to the practice, things will look different, we have taped off our patient lounge and we have installed Perspex screens at reception. You will have a Team Member escorting you throughout your visit. Our Team Member will ask you to use the hand sanitiser provided and they will take your temperature. Please only bring minimal belongings with you. A box will provided for you to put your belongings in and leave at reception. All our staff will be wearing masks. Whilst this and the screens at reception may seem a little impersonal, we hope you will understand this is for the safety of both you and our team.
We’d like to reassure we are still the same friendly, approachable people underneath all our enhanced PPE. Conversations may be a little difficult whilst we have our enhanced PPE on and so to this effect we will be offering a follow up telephone consultation to all our clients who need to discuss treatment further.
