Firstly, we hope you are your loved ones remain safe and well through what has been an eventful year.
2020 has been a challenging year for all with uncertainty affecting all aspects of life as we knew it.
We would like to thank all our clients for their patience and loyalty. It has not been easy for the Team at Marsh Dental but your lovely messages of support and wonderful feedback have kept us all going – thank you.
We realise this year has been difficult for our clients and so we have made the decision not to increase our plan membership fees for 2021. In addition to this, for the time being we will also continue to absorb the extra costs of the enhanced PPE we need to wear in the surgeries. We would like to reassure you we are continuing to implement our excellent infection control procedures along with a robust triaging policy to ensure the safety of both patients and staff. In addition to this we have started the installation of hospital grade air exchangers, which will increase fresh air flow around the surgeries effectively diluting any potential viral load to harmless levels.
The above measures enhance our safety measures, allowing us to continue to operate in a Covid Safe manner and contribute to our existing high standards of cross infection control.
